Yes it is, individually controlled and at no extra charge.
Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
Yes, with stunning views. Feel free to request one when booking.
Does the price include breakfast?
The price includes breakfast but not lunch and dinner. Hotel Bonvecchiati'
own restaurant, Terrazza Orseolo, is one of the finest in the city
overlooking the canal from our famous Terrazza.
Can we settle the bill when we arrive?
Yes, or in advance if you prefer. For guests arranging a transfer a down payment is necessary.
How many floors are there? Is there a lift?
The hotel consists of six floors served by two ample-sized lifts. Disabled facilities are available - please specify any special requirements when booking.
Where is the nearest point of water transport?
The Hotel Bonvecchiati has its own private mooring station on the
premises for taxis and gondolas, otherwise waterbuses (or vaporetti)
may be found at San Marco or Rialto, both 5 minutes walk.
Do you operate a Shuttle Transfer Service?
Yes, please request on booking.
What time must we check in and out?
Check in is after 2 pm. Check out is by 11 am.
Is there Satellite TV in all of the rooms?
Yes, including a choice of international channels such as CNN and BBC World, as well as Pay TV and the possibility to hire movies.

No cars can come near the hotel but we can arrange parking for you

Is there a swimming pool?
Not, on the property but there is one nearby, open from 9 am till 7 pm. Ask at reception for details.
