
Steps away from Piazza San Marco and in front of the Gran Teatro

and canalside.

Getting to the Hotel
From Marco Polo Airport take the Aligaluna Water bus to Santa Lucia
Railway station, from here you have a number of options, a water
taxi will bring you to the hotel’s private dock. This should
cost approximately €55 for up to 4 people.
By public transport, take either the no.1 or 82 water bus to Valleresso.
Take the street with Harry’s Bar on your right and follow
the directions to the Gran Teatro La Fenice. When you reach La Fenice,
you will see our sign by the entrance to the theatre bar.
If arriving by car, parking can be found on the Tronchetto, which
if you are taking the causeway into Venice, stay on the right lane,
till you see the sign. Parking can be booked prior to you arrival
