From 14.00 pm onwards. Earlier arrival can be arranged upon request.

11.00am, but later check can be organised upon request.

Is the property air conditioned?
The entire property is air conditioned, including the guest rooms.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, through out the establishment, and we also have free internet access in the lobby.

Which languages are spoken at the hotel?
English, French, German, Spanish and our very own Venetian dialect.

What utilities are included with the rooms?
En-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, air conditioning, stocked refrigerator, TV/satellite, hairdryer, safe and a telephone.

What services does the hotel provide?
Room Service, Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Ironing, Breakfast in the Room, Tour Desk, Fax/Photocopying, reservations and events booking and babysitting for those travelling with children.

What’s the child policy?
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 6 stays free if using existing beds. Any older children or extra adults needing extra bedding costs €50 per night per person. Only one extra bed can be put into the rooms.

What is your cancellation policy?
If cancelled up to 3 days before your date of arrival, no amount will be charged If cancelled later, the price of your first night will be charged.
