How many storeys is Hotel San Moise set over?
All accommodations are on either 1st or 2nd floor. There is no lift in the hotel.

Is the breakfast served included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price and is served in our unique below-water-level breakfast room between 7.30am and 10am.

Are the rooms air-conditioned and is this adjustable room to room?
Yes, there is no surcharge for air-conditioning and it is controlled remotely in each room.

When is check-in and check-out time?
Guests can check in from 2pm and check out is by 12pm.

Are prices based on per person or per night?
Charges are based on per room per day.

Is the Hotel San Moise easy to locate?
Nothing in Venice is easy to locate, but once you get to St Mark’s you’re very close. Use the detailed instructions on our Location page and print off the map to help you. After that, you can always ask a Venetian for directions, as happens a thousand times a day.

Is the Hotel San Moise central and close to all the major attractions?
Yes, Hotel San Moise is located in the San Marco district of Venice just 200 metres from St Mark’s Square.

Do the staff speak other languages?
Yes, the staff are multilingual and can cater for English, French, German and Japanese.

Is there a restaurant?
Not at this time, though there are many and varied excellent restaurants close by.

Do any rooms have a balcony or terrace?
We have a secluded shady courtyard for guests to relax and some rooms overlook a delightful canal.

Is there satellite TV in the rooms?
Yes, satellite coverage and colour TV is standard in all accommodations.

Are there direct dial telephones in the rooms?
Yes, in all accommodations as standard.

Are the rooms private and quiet?
Yes, all rooms are considered impressive, private and undisturbed.

Are pets welcome?
Yes, small pets only though please.

Is car parking or garage available at Hotel San Moise?
No cars can enter the city of Venice, they must be left at one of the city car parks at Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma.

Which is the nearest airport and how far is it from Hotel San Moise?
Venice’ Marco Polo Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by water taxi.

Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, private transfers to and from the airport can be arranged through the hotel.

Is there an Internet point in the Property?
Yes there is.

Where is the nearest public transport and/or taxi point from Hotel San Moise?
The water-bus (Vaporetto) can be boarded at St Mark’s Square waterfront as can taxi speedboats and gondolas.

Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Not at this time, sorry.
